Cromargan® stainless steel 18/10

The Provence Plus cookware is made of high-quality Cromargan® 18/10 stainless steel . The material is characterized by high durability, corrosion resistance, easy maintenance and a neutral effect on the taste of food. The outer surface is highly polished, and the interior is brushed.

Five pieces for versatile cooking

The set includes three tall pots with a diameter of 16, 20 and 24 cm , a low pot with a diameter of 20 cm and a saucepan with a handle with a diameter of 16 cm . The four pots are equipped with glass lids. The different sizes allow you to prepare both small side dishes and sauces as well as larger family meals.

TransTherm® universal base

The special TransTherm® universal base absorbs heat quickly, distributes it evenly throughout the pan and retains it effectively. This enables efficient cooking and is suitable for use on all common types of hobs.

Suitable for all types of hobs

The WMF Provence Plus is suitable for induction, gas, electric, glass ceramic and halogen hobs . The set therefore remains useful even when replacing or renovating the hob.

Glass lids

High-quality glass lids allow you to monitor food preparation without having to open the container unnecessarily. This allows you to easily control cooking and at the same time reduce heat loss during cooking.

Practical pouring edge

The wide, shaped pouring rim allows for more precise pouring of liquids and sauces and helps reduce dripping on the outside of the container. A practical detail that makes everyday use easier and helps keep your work surface cleaner.

Dishwasher safe

The container is dishwasher safe, which makes cleaning easier after cooking. To maintain its impeccable appearance for as long as possible, the manufacturer also recommends gentle hand washing.

Recommendations for use and maintenance

• Choose a cooking zone whose diameter matches the diameter of the bottom of the pan as closely as possible.
• With induction, the highest power setting is generally not necessary due to efficient heat transfer.
• Do not heat empty containers at high temperatures for long periods of time.
• After boiling, reduce the cooking zone power and take advantage of the good heat retention of the TransTherm® bottom.
• The container is dishwasher safe, but for the best possible appearance of the polished surface, gentle hand washing is recommended.
• Dry the dishes after washing to reduce the formation of water stains.
• When using in the oven, please note that the metal handles can become very hot.
