Same summary

The HiLook IPC-B120HA-D/W(W) wireless outdoor camera offers a basic level of security for monitoring outdoor areas such as a yard, entrance or garage. With a resolution of 2 MP, it is mainly suitable for observing events and basic person recognition, although for very fine details or more demanding spaces, the level of detail may be limited. The WiFi connection makes installation easier, especially where it is not possible to easily install cables, but requires a stable network signal. It is recommended for use in locations where access to electricity is regulated and where basic surveillance is sufficient for everyday needs.

The camera is designed to connect to standard home WiFi networks, but for smooth operation, a stable and sufficiently strong signal at the installation site will be required.

What is a suitable location to install this camera?

The camera is suitable for outdoor use, for example at the entrance to the house, by the garage or above the yard, where there is access to a classic electrical power supply and a suitable WiFi signal.

Is the camera suitable for monitoring larger areas or poorly lit areas?

The camera allows for basic surveillance of outdoor areas, but for a larger yard or in complete darkness, the limited range and resolution may slightly reduce image detail.

How does recording work with this camera?

Before installation, it is recommended to check the recording storage options, as they can be stored on a memory card, local device, or via an online service - this depends on the selected model and your needs.
