Answers to frequently asked questions

Is the ANC on these headphones effective enough for use in an open office or on public transportation?

The active noise cancellation in the HighComfort2 ANC is designed to effectively reduce constant noise in office environments or on the go, but it can still partially block out certain noises when there are very sudden or uneven sounds. To understand more about how ANC works in different types of headphones, you can read more in our headphone selection guide .

Are these headphones suitable for long-term wear without feeling uncomfortable?

Yes, the over-ear design and emphasis on the softness of the ear cushions are adapted to prolonged use; however, it is recommended to occasionally remove the headphones for a short break, especially during very long listening sessions.

Is the connection via Bluetooth 5.4 stable enough for watching movies or playing games on different devices?

Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity provides stable audio transmission with low latency, which is suitable for movie or occasional gaming use. For a professional gaming experience with minimal lag, we recommend checking support for advanced codecs.

Can I use these headphones on multiple devices at the same time?

The model supports the modern Bluetooth standard, which allows easy switching between devices such as a phone, tablet or computer, but is not intended for fully simultaneous operation on multiple audio sources at the same time.

What does long battery life mean in everyday use?

A battery life of up to 57 hours means you won't need to charge your headphones often with moderate use, which is especially practical for users on the go or when switching between multiple devices in a day.
