VIAIM Open Note AI Headphones (Black)

Whether it’s business meetings, international meetings, lectures, or everyday multimedia use, the VIAIM Open Note headset is designed to offer much more than traditional wireless headsets. It combines premium high-resolution audio with advanced artificial intelligence that offers recording, transcription, translation, automatic summaries, and smart task management. Support for GPT-5 and other modern language models, a comfortable open design, up to 53 hours of battery life with a charging case, and features designed for teamwork make the Open Note a versatile tool for professionals and people who frequently communicate in multiple languages. An award-winning ergonomic design, along with smooth, seamless, and interference-free Bluetooth connectivity, complete the package.

Your personal assistant with artificial intelligence

VIAIM Open Note offers much more than just conversation. The built-in AI assistant, powered by the latest language models, automatically records the meeting, creates an accurate transcript, translates comments in real time, prepares a clear summary, and creates a to-do list. The Meeting Assistant feature allows you to focus on the conversation instead of taking notes, and also allows you to create clear thought patterns that help you quickly organize the most important information. You can also share these thought patterns with colleagues, making it easier to analyze agreements together and plan next steps. As part of the free service, you get 600 minutes of access to AI features every month, and the multilingual mode is constantly evolving and is currently available in beta.

Conversations without language barriers

The headset supports real-time multilingual simultaneous translation, allowing meeting participants to freely converse in their own languages. VIAIM Open Note also lets you share transcripts and live translations with up to 300 people at once. Simply create a QR code or link so participants can follow the conversation on their devices, select their preferred translation language, and even listen to the translated content. You can start recording with a single tap, so you won’t miss any important conversations, even in rush situations.

A smart chatbot that leverages meeting history

Open Note works with state-of-the-art language models such as GPT-5, GPT-4.1, OpenAI o3, Claude 3.7, Claude Sonnet 4, and Gemini 2.5 Pro. This allows you to ask questions about saved meetings, instantly find the information you need, and analyze both recent and past conversations. This feature allows you to revisit agreements, check project details, and leverage accumulated knowledge without having to manually search through your notes. In the free plan, the chatbot analyzes a transcript of a single meeting, while the paid plans allow you to simultaneously analyze all recorded meetings or selected groups of conversations and use an expanded list of language models.

A well-organized structure for each conversation

During multi-participant meetings, VIAIM Open Note automatically identifies individual speakers and attributes each statement to the correct person. This makes transcripts much clearer and easier to review later, whether it’s a conference call, interview, podcast, or team meeting. Speaker recognition eliminates the need to manually mark up notes and allows you to find interesting parts of the discussion faster.

Comfortable to wear for hours

The open-ear design has been refined based on analysis of different ear shapes, ensuring that the headphones stay securely in place and comfortable even during long-term use. The soft silicone reduces pressure on the ears, and its airy structure effectively dissipates heat and moisture, increasing comfort during work and travel. The adjustable memory headband, only 0.8mm thick, features an aircraft-grade titanium cable that maintains its shape even after repeated bending. The design also works well with glasses, ensuring a secure fit without discomfort.

High-resolution audio and all-day battery life

High-quality sound is delivered by a large 18 x 11 mm polymer driver, which delivers dynamic sound with rich detail and a spatial, immersive audio experience. Hi-Res Audio certification and support for the LHDC codec with bit rates up to 1000 kbps enable high-resolution music playback while preserving all the details. The headphones can last up to 19 hours on a single charge, and with the charging case, the total battery life is extended to 53 hours. When the battery is empty, just 10 minutes of charging provides enough power for another 3 hours of use.

Ready to work with any device

VIAIM Open Note supports simultaneous connection with two devices, allowing you to seamlessly switch between your computer and smartphone without having to pair them again. You can view content on your laptop or attend an online meeting, and when you receive a phone call, the headset automatically switches to your smartphone. When the call recording mode is enabled, all AI-powered features such as multilingual transcription, translation, summaries, to-do lists and mind maps are available. The headset is compatible with Android, iOS, Windows and macOS, and data security is ensured by storage in accordance with the ISO 27001 standard on AWS servers located in Japan. The manufacturer also offers a one-year quality guarantee, and the VIAIM app has AI Upgrade Basic, Pro and Ultra packages that expand the capabilities of AI and provide access to additional features based on language models.

It is important to know

The VIAIM Open Note AI headphones are primarily designed for users who prioritize comfort, ambient awareness, and practicality for work, calls, and long-term wear. The key is that the open-ear design does provide exceptional breathability and allows you to listen to music or conversations while simultaneously monitoring your surroundings, but it will not impress different user profiles in all environments. Before purchasing, consider how often you need noise isolation and what microphone quality you expect for your daily activities.

• The open-ear model allows you to monitor what is happening around you, which is an advantage when working in a dynamic environment or on the go, but it is not suitable for rooms or tasks where complete sound insulation is necessary.
• Due to their design, the headphones do not produce strong bass - this is not an optimal choice for those for whom deep sound or "club bass" is their top priority.
• Despite the wireless freedom, it's worth paying attention to the stability of the fit - during intense sports, you may find yourself in a compromise between comfort and firm grip.
• Since the microphone is not professional-grade, for the most demanding video conferencing environments or professional studio use, you should choose a dedicated solution with a focus on voice recording.
• The voice recording feature is useful in meetings, lectures, or interviews, but for longer or high-quality recordings, consider a dedicated device or additional recording processing application.
