It is important to know
Before purchasing the Lanaform ABPM-100 upper arm blood pressure monitor, it is crucial to consider how you will use it—regularly or only occasionally, alone or with a partner. It is also important to choose the right cuff and understand the practical implications of a larger memory. Some of the product's advantages and limitations become clear only with prolonged use, so pay special attention to the following aspects:
- A rich memory for more than 100 measurements makes it easy to monitor results over a longer period and is also useful for two people, but it is worth checking whether it allows separate data storage for each user.
- When measuring regularly at home, a clear display of results and a simple interface bring important advantages, especially for those who save measurements or share data with a healthcare professional.
- For everyday use, it is worth considering whether the meter allows for easy export or transfer of data to digital format if you want to monitor the measurements in an app or submit them to a doctor.
- Most upper arm blood pressure monitors are suitable for home use as long as the cuff is the right size for your arm circumference—the correct cuff size affects comfort and measurement accuracy.
- Combining a large number of features is not always an advantage: for simple occasional use, it makes sense to prioritize simplicity over advanced features or applications that you may not use.

In practice
🟢 Occasional home measurement
The meter is very suitable for users who measure blood pressure occasionally and want easy use and a clear display of results. The large memory is not a hindrance even if measurements are not regular.
🟢 Two people in the same household
The ability to store multiple measurements is useful if the device allows for separate user profiles—each person can keep track of their own history, but always check that the memory allows separate storage for two people.
🟡 Monitoring measurements for a doctor or in the app
The device allows for long-term storage of results, but it is unclear whether it supports direct data transfer or export to an app, which may limit digital progress tracking.
🟢 Daily measurement in the morning and evening
The large memory is suitable for regular twice or multiple daily measurements, as there is no worry about overwriting or deleting past measurements.
🟢 Use for the elderly
Clear display of results and proven ease of use are advantages that make it easier for seniors to monitor their health on a daily basis without unnecessary digital complexity.
Answers to frequently asked questions
Is the Lanaform ABPM-100 suitable for use by two people?
The memory allows you to store a large number of measurements, but we recommend checking whether you can separate the data by user.
What do I gain by having more memory slots?
The larger memory allows you to monitor long-term measurement trends without worrying about having to record or losing old measurements.
What should I check regarding cuff size?
Before use, check that the cuff is suitable for your upper arm circumference, as this affects comfort and measurement accuracy.
Can I easily transfer the results to a digital format?
This model does not specifically state that it allows data transfer to an application or computer, so it makes sense to inquire about this feature separately.
Do I need all the advanced features of the monitor if I only measure my blood pressure occasionally?
For occasional use, a clear display and ease of use are most important; additional functions and large memory are not absolutely necessary.
