Answers to frequently asked questions

Does the case really fit the Samsung Galaxy A50 exactly?

Yes, the case is made specifically for the Galaxy A50 (A505) model and has all the necessary cutouts for the camera, buttons, and ports, allowing for a perfect fit and unobstructed use.

Does an ultra-thin silicone case offer enough protection against drops?

The case effectively protects against scratches and light impacts, but does not offer the same protection from larger drops as more robust cases or reinforced cases.

Does the cover discolor or wear out over time?

Transparent silicone cases are susceptible to yellowing and wear due to contact with sunlight and daily use, however, the quality of the Nillkin brand helps the material last longer.

Does the case interfere with using a screen protector?

In most cases, the case is compatible with various protective glasses, but it is recommended to use glass that does not reach all the way to the edges of the screen to avoid lifting the edge of the case.

How about cleaning and maintaining the silicone case?

The case can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap; it is recommended to remove it from the device regularly and wipe it down to prevent dirt from accumulating between the case and the phone.
