Answers to frequently asked questions

Are these headphones also suitable for sports activities?

The in-ear and completely wireless design of the headphones makes them comfortable to wear while moving, but for very intense sports activities, we recommend checking how well they fit in your ear.

How well does the active noise cancellation (ANC) work on the QCY Buds HT15?

ANC is most effective at reducing steady noise (e.g. traffic), while fast, short sounds can still be heard. This is a common feature of most compact ANC headphones in this class.

Do the headphones perform well on phone calls in loud environments?

The headphones have a built-in microphone that allows for basic conversation quality even in noisy environments, but very loud external noise may still slightly affect the clarity of your voice.

Can the headphones connect to multiple devices at the same time?

This model supports fast Bluetooth connection, but is not designed to connect to multiple devices at the same time (e.g., a phone and a computer at the same time); the connection to the other device must be disconnected before switching.
