TRUTHEAR Gate Wired Headphones with Microphone (White)

The TRUTHEAR Gate headphones are designed for people who expect comfort and, above all, well-controlled, detailed sound from their in-ear headphones. The 10mm dynamic driver, LCP carbon fiber diaphragm and N52 magnet ensure high sensitivity and accurate sound reproduction. The lightweight, ergonomic design fits comfortably in the ear, while the replaceable oxygen-free copper cable enhances comfort during everyday use. The whole package is completed by a striking, semi-transparent design that gives the model a distinctive, original look.

Accurate sound

Sound reproduction is provided by a 10mm dynamic driver with a dual magnetic cavity and a powerful N52 magnet. This design promotes high sensitivity and allows for accurate reproduction of both subtle details in recordings and more dynamic passages in music. A carefully designed acoustic system helps maintain a balanced sound across the entire frequency range, ensuring that individual elements remain clear and well-organized.

Full-range sound

A frequency response of 20 Hz to 20,000 Hz allows the headphones to handle both low and high frequencies with ease. Bass maintains its depth, while higher frequencies remain clear and expressive. A specially designed acoustic structure reduces linear distortion and improves frequency-amplitude response, promoting a natural listening experience regardless of the genre.

LCP membrane with carbon fiber

The Gate model features a carbon fiber reinforced LCP cone coated with an ultra-thin layer of polyurethane. Its high rigidity helps reduce unwanted distortion while supporting accurate reproduction of mid and high frequencies. This design also improves bass stability and depth, ensuring the sound remains full and spacious even at higher volume levels.

Impressive driver

The optimized driver design is complemented by an ultra-thin CCAW voice coil, which ensures reliable operation of the entire suspension system. This solution helps reduce signal distortion even when listening at higher volumes. As a result, the headphones maintain a consistent sound character over a wide volume range, and the driver itself is designed for regular, everyday use.

Easy ride

With an impedance of 28 ohms and a sensitivity of 122 dB, the TRUTHEAR Gate headphones don't require much power to reach the right volume level. As a result, they work well with a wide range of mobile devices and portable players. These specifications ensure dynamic sound and good clarity of detail even when playing music at lower volumes.

Comfort for hours and hours

The housing is made of a combination of PC and ABS plastic, ensuring that the design is lightweight yet durable. The precision-molded shape allows the headphones to fit easily into your ears, reducing excessive pressure during extended listening sessions. The short, ergonomic ear tips further enhance comfort and block out ambient noise, and at approximately 15g, this model performs well even during extended use.

Recognizable shape

The TRUTHEAR Gate headphones stand out not only for their acoustic design, but also for their sophisticated style. The transparent front panel gives them a sleek, high-tech look, setting them apart from more classic in-ear models. The combination of compact dimensions, ergonomic design and striking finish ensures that the headphones look great, whether at home, in the office or out on the town.

Replaceable OFC cable

The headphones feature a multi-conductor oxygen-free copper cable that terminates in a standard 3.5mm jack. The 0.78mm diameter two-pin connector allows for easy cable disconnection and replacement, increasing flexibility of use and allowing you to customize the setup to your needs. The twisted pair design reduces the cable's tendency to tangle, providing greater freedom when listening to music at home, on the go, or during your daily commute.

It is important to know

Before purchasing the TRUTHEAR Gate Wired Headphones with Microphone (White), it's important to understand the experience of combining an in-ear fit with a traditional wired connection. It's important to assess whether you prefer a direct, lag-free connection or whether you need the more features offered by wireless models. When making this choice, weigh up the comfort of long-term use, call performance, and the level of noise isolation you want in your daily routine.

• A wired connection means there's no battery, so you avoid worrying about charging and can use the headphones continuously wherever a suitable connector is available.
• The in-ear fit with silicone tips provides passive attenuation of external noise, but comfort is very individual - some may experience a feeling of pressure in the ear with prolonged use.
• With an in-line microphone, these headphones are suitable for conversations and video calls, but they don't offer the advanced noise-cancelling features in the microphone found on more expensive models.
• Due to their wired design, these headphones are not an ideal choice for sports or highly active scenarios where freedom of movement is key.

In practice

🟢 Daily listening to music and podcasts

A stable connection without worrying about battery life allows for worry-free listening anywhere you have the right device.

🟢 Calls and video calls in quiet surroundings

The microphone on the cable allows for easy communication, although don't expect above-average speech isolation in very noisy environments.

🟡 Use in sports or exercise

Suitable with limitations – the lightweight in-ear design is practical, but the wire can restrict movement during exercise and there is no special protection against sweat.

🟡 Use in noisy environments (e.g. public transport)

The silicone earplugs passively dampen noise, but without active noise cancellation (ANC), there may be a bit more external noise than with more advanced models.

🔴 Connection to devices without a classic connector (3.5 mm or appropriate adapter)

For use with phones or laptops without a standard connector, you need an adapter, which is not always included.

Answers to frequently asked questions

Are the headphones suitable for long-term wear?

Are the headphones compatible with all smartphones?

They are compatible with devices that have a suitable wired connector or support a suitable adapter.

Can I make quality video calls with a microphone on the cable?

The microphone on the cable allows for clear communication under normal conditions, but in very noisy environments the isolation is not optimal.

Do the headphones allow use without charging?

Yes, because they are wired, they do not require any charging and are always ready to use.
