Answers to frequently asked questions

Is this vacuum cleaner suitable for allergy sufferers?

The Thomas Perfect Air Animal Pure model uses effective filtration that helps retain dust and allergens, but for optimal performance, the filters need to be cleaned and maintained regularly.

What does it mean that a vacuum cleaner does not have a bag and how does this affect use?

A bagless system means that dust and hair are collected in a dedicated container that you empty manually. This avoids the expense of buying bags, but emptying requires a little more care, especially if you are sensitive to dust.

Is the turbo brush suitable for all types of floors?

The turbo brush is most effective for cleaning carpets and upholstered furniture, but on hard floors it is recommended to use the additional nozzle, if included. You can read more about this in our vacuum cleaner selection guide .

How often does the dust container need to be emptied?

The frequency of emptying depends on the surface area and amount of hair in your home. If you have multiple pets or use more intensive vacuuming, you will need to empty the container after every or every other cleaning session.

Is the turbo brush easy to clean?

The turbo brush has access to the roller, so cleaning hair and debris is easy, but it is recommended to regularly remove accumulated hair to maintain suction efficiency.
