Answers to frequently asked questions

Does the Thomas EasyBox filter help with allergies or fine dust problems?

How often is it recommended to change this filter?

Filter replacement depends on the frequency of use of the vacuum cleaner and the specific load (e.g. animal hair, large amounts of dust). Repeatedly used or visibly clogged filters should be replaced sooner, but the manufacturer's recommendations are usually considered safe for use.

Does the Thomas EasyBox filter require special maintenance?

The filter is designed for easy replacement without additional maintenance or washing; replacement before overloading or clogging is key.

Is this filter suitable for homes with multiple pets?
