Answers to frequently asked questions

How long does a thermos keep the temperature of a drink?

The Texell TTM-B303 mug is designed for short or medium-long journeys and effectively maintains the temperature of hot or cold beverages for several hours, but the actual temperature retention will also depend on the amount of beverage and the initial temperature.

Is it suitable for one-touch or one-handed use?

The design allows for easy opening and closing, which is practical for use in the car or on the go, but it is recommended to always close the jar well before storing it in a bag.

Is this cup completely spill-proof?

The pot has a leak-proof lid, which significantly reduces the chance of spills, but we still recommend that you keep it upright when carrying it, especially if the contents remain hot.

Can the pot be used in the dishwasher?

For a longer lifespan, we recommend hand washing, as dishwasher use can affect the seal and appearance over time.

Is the pot suitable for children?

Due to its smaller volume and relatively easy use, it can also be used by older children, but we recommend supervision for younger children due to hot drinks.
