It is important to know

Before choosing a tracking device like the TELTONIKA FMB030, it is important to understand its practical applicability in your environment and how it fits into your specific needs for tracking objects or vehicles. It is crucial to consider compatibility, connectivity options, and how the device will be used, as well as being aware of the day-to-day limitations of installation and use.

• Check in advance whether the connection method and device interfaces match the devices or vehicles you want to monitor – the wrong choice often results from overlooked compatibility.
• The compact design makes the device suitable for discreet installation, but check in advance for accessibility to power or suitable mounting locations.
• For worry-free use on the go, it is an advantage if the communication options (GSM/GPRS/BT/SIM) are truly in line with your local networks and coverage.
• If you need additional functionality beyond basic tracking, check the specific technical options for data transfer and enableable features, as not all extensions are always supported.
