Answers to frequently asked questions

Which phone models is the case suitable for?

The case is precisely made for the Apple iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro. It does not provide the correct fit and cutouts on other models, even those with similar names.

Does the case allow easy access to all buttons and ports?

Yes, all cutouts and buttons are tailored to specific models, so the use of charging, camera, and side buttons remains completely unobstructed.

What kind of protection does the case offer in the event of a fall?

The case is designed primarily to protect against scratches and minor impacts. For larger drops on hard surfaces, it is good to know that silicone protection is not a substitute for more robust cases.

Can I remove the string if I want?

The strap is detachable, so you can adapt it to different uses or personal style.

Does the case affect the phone's wireless charging?

Typically, a thin silicone case does not interfere with the wireless charging of your iPhone 12 or 12 Pro if you use standard wireless chargers.
