It is important to know

When choosing staples for your stapler, it is crucial to assess whether their size and shape are suitable for your typical business documents and filing requirements. It is also important to consider the practical limitations of flat staples in terms of stapling capacity and the type of paper you will be stapling frequently. Before purchasing, first determine your realistic needs and check whether this package will meet your frequent usage volumes.

• Flat staples are particularly useful for documents where it is important that the stapling leaves a minimal footprint and allows for a neat appearance of the stack of sheets.
• The 6mm length is suitable for small to medium-sized documents, but for thicker bundles, check if longer versions are available.
• The 1200-piece pack is practical for offices with frequent stapling, but for larger departments, it makes sense to consider larger packs for greater efficiency and less time required for reordering.
• For long-term archiving, the material of the clip is one of the key decisions – check that it meets the requirements for corrosion resistance if the product is intended for archive storage.

In practice

🟢 General everyday stapling of documents

These staples are very suitable for office stapling of common bundles up to the recommended thickness, as the 6 mm length is adequate for most basic business needs.

🟡 Stapling of large quantities of documents for archiving

Suitable with limitations – 6mm staples are useful for thinner archive files, but can quickly reach their capacity limit for a larger number of sheets. Check the dimensions of the bundles beforehand to ensure stable fastening.

🟢 Use in formal business documentation

For formal documents where you want a neat look without damaging the paper, flat staples are very suitable because they reduce the risk of imprints on the paper.

🟡 Long-term archiving of documents

Suitable with restrictions – for reliable long-term storage, make sure the material of the clamps provides rust resistance. If you require a higher level of corrosion protection, it is recommended to check the material specifications.
