The Leitz stapler for up to 25 sheets (80g/2) has a plastic housing and is designed for everyday use at home or in the office. Due to its compact size, it fits on any desk and most drawers, the anti-slip feet do not leave marks on furniture, and it has an integrated staple remover.

It is important to know

Before choosing a PK550135 stapler, it is advisable to assess your usual needs for stapling documents in the office. It is crucial to consider the balance between capacity, type of staples and purpose of use, as in practice, most errors occur precisely when these elements are inappropriately selected. Also carefully check the ergonomics of the device if you use the stapler frequently throughout the day.

• The stapling capacity should match the typical paper volume; too low a capacity may limit use with larger stacks.
• For smooth operation, it is important to match the stapler with the correct type and size of staples – the wrong consumable often causes paper jams or damage.
• For intensive business use, also consider the robustness of the device and the ability to ensure a sufficient supply of suitable staples in a timely manner.
• Desktop staplers, such as the PK550135, are generally more suitable for higher frequency of use than all-in-one pocket versions.

In practice

🟢 Stapling of small bundles of documents

The product is particularly suitable for daily stapling of common, smaller bureaucratic bundles, such as internal correspondence or smaller report folders.

🟡 Stapling of larger documents for archiving

Suitable with limitations - the product allows stapling of medium-thick documents, but for very large archive folders it is recommended to check the actual capacity and, if necessary, choose a model with a higher capacity.

🟢 Regular use in a business environment

The stapler is designed for normal office work, where multiple daily uses with appropriately selected staples are expected.

🟡 Removing staples and rearranging documents

Suitable with limitations – although it allows for secure stapling, we recommend using a specialized staple remover to remove staples or rearrange them on the fly.
