For basic business or school tasks Suitable for drawing technical schematics and diagrams

The compass for business users and students enables quick and accurate drawing of circles, arcs, and basic technical sketches in an office or school environment.

    • It facilitates the preparation of professional presentations and technical drawings in meetings.
    • The stable design contributes to better accuracy in repetitive tasks.
    • Suitable for group work and presentations from a board or on paper.
    • An effective choice for everyday business use.

Precise geometric compass yellow - orange for drawing in school and for technical drawing. The compass is equipped with a threaded guide, a central wheel and a head on an elastic arc. The metal tip is designed for safe use. The drawing tip is graphite, high quality and is easily attached with an adjustment screw. Made of a combination of solid plastic and metal. The largest circle that you can draw is 225 mm. The length of the compass is 154 mm. Drawing tips are included. Packed in a plastic convenient box, where the compass is also stored after use.

    It is important to know

When choosing a compass for business or professional work, it is not enough to consider only the basic specifications - the less obvious practical differences that affect the work process are also important. The key consideration is the ratio between the complexity of the tasks and the robustness of the construction, as it is only in everyday use that the limitations of simpler models become apparent. Before buying, it is worth asking yourself how often and to what extent you need accuracy, flexibility and speed in your work.

    • If you plan to use the compass frequently for technical drawings, plans, or professional presentations, pay attention to the stability of the frame - the plastic design can limit the repeatability of the result in some cases.
    • For a large number of drawings or intensive use, check how easy and quick it is to change the pencil or tip - with less advanced models, this can slow down work.
    • The accuracy of the radius adjustment mechanism significantly affects consistency, especially in graphic displays and design - check how much adjustment or locking is offered by the selected model.
    • For use in meetings, workshops or in a team, it is practical to store the compass in a protective box - this reduces the risk of damage during transport.

    In practice

🟡 Suitable with limitations – common business use with accuracy requirements

A model in a plastic housing may suffice for basic office tasks, but in environments where the highest repeatability and stability are desired (e.g. technical drawings, design), a metal version is generally more reliable.

🟢 Very suitable – basic presentations, diagrams and schemes

This type of compass covers most needs for presenting concepts, preparing proposals, and workshops where extreme precision or intensive use is not required.

🟡 Suitable with restrictions – teamwork and transportation

The included plastic case protects the compass from damage during transport, but the frame is less resistant to shocks or hard pressure compared to metal models.

    Answers to frequently asked questions

Is it quick to change the pencil or tip on this compass?

Changing is possible, but it is not specifically designed for quick changing, which can be noticeable with repeated intensive use.

How stable is the construction when drawing larger circles?

The stability of the structure is satisfactory for basic and medium-demanding tasks, but greater robustness is recommended for very precise drawings.

Is the compass suitable for taking to meetings and workshops?

The included plastic case allows for easy and safe transportation of the tool between workstations or in a team environment.
