Answers to frequently asked questions

Does this case for Samsung Galaxy A13 A135 also fit other Galaxy A13 models?

The case is designed specifically for the Samsung Galaxy A13 LTE model marked A135. For other A13 variants, we recommend checking compatibility as the cutouts may not match exactly.

Does the glitter fall off and is the cover suitable for long-term use?

The glitter is integrated into the cover material, so it stays in place even with daily use. The cover offers good protection against scratches, but regular replacement is recommended if you notice signs of wear.

Does the case affect the phone's wireless charging?

Because the case is thin and made of silicone, it usually does not interfere with wireless charging if your device supports it. For optimal functionality, we recommend checking compatibility with your own equipment.

Does the case protect the phone screen from damage?

The silicone case covers the edges and back of the phone, but does not provide full screen protection. For extra protection, you can combine the case with a glass screen protector.

How to clean a transparent silicone case so it doesn't turn yellow?

The case can be cleaned with mild soap and water. Proper cleaning will reduce the possibility of yellowing, but this is a normal characteristic of silicone materials over time.
