Forget about tiring, time-consuming manual work and inefficient tools. With this professional set, you will be able to cope with any construction challenge - from precisely removing old bathroom tiles to hollowing out deep grooves for electrical wiring and water pipes.
Why choose a professional SDS MAX chisel set for demolition hammers?
Every serious construction, renovation or demolition job requires specialized and high-quality tools. This premium set offers the optimal combination of four differently shaped chisels, covering almost all phases of demolition, breaking and fine finishing of hard surfaces. The chisels are made of high-quality, heat-treated steel, which ensures exceptional wear resistance, an extremely long service life and minimal tip deformation even under prolonged and heavy loads on the construction site.
With an optimal length of 250 mm, these chisels enable excellent, direct transfer of impact power from your vibratory or demolition hammer straight to the workpiece. In practice, this means significantly faster work progress, higher productivity and significantly less physical effort on the part of the tool operator.
Key features and benefits of the 4-piece chisel set

What does the kit contain? (Technical specifications)
The set includes four carefully selected chisels, each designed for specific tasks and challenges on your construction site:

Pointed chisel: Intended for point demolition, effective concrete penetration, breaking hard materials and precise removal of larger pieces of structures.
Straight chisel (26 mm width): Ideal for general demolition work, precise edge cutting, chiseling and removing small areas of material.
Wide chisel (width 50 mm): An excellent and quick choice for removing ceramic tiles, old plaster, stubborn adhesive, screeds and other surface coverings.
Groove chisel (channel chisel): A specialized tool for carving precise grooves, channels, and grooves in brick or concrete, suitable for quickly laying electrical and plumbing installations.
Length of all chisels in the set: 250 mm
    Clamping system: SDS MAX

    Use on various building materials
Whether you're undertaking a complete bathroom renovation, breaking through a wall for a new door, or demolishing a partition, this professional chisel set delivers superior, fast results on the following surfaces:

Concrete and reinforced concrete: A point and a flat chisel will easily penetrate even the hardest concrete structures and screeds.
Brick and masonry: The dedicated groove chisel allows for extremely fast, clean and straight creation of channels for laying electrical cables and pipes.
Natural and artificial stone: The high resistance of heat-treated steel prevents premature blunting of the tips when working with more demanding stone.
Ceramics and construction adhesives: The wide 50 mm chisel makes old tiles and adhesive residue a thing of the past in just a few minutes of work.

    Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
    1. Are these chisels compatible with my rotary hammer or demolition hammer?
These chisels use the standard SDS MAX chucking system. Before purchasing, be sure to check the specifications of your demolition hammer or rotary hammer to make sure it supports SDS MAX chucking. This system is typically used in larger, heavier, and more powerful demolition hammers and is not compatible with the smaller, thinner SDS Plus system.
    2. For which tasks is the 50 mm wide chisel in the set best suited?
The wide chisel (50 mm wide) is specially designed for efficient material removal from surfaces. It works extremely effectively and quickly when removing ceramic tiles, old plaster, construction adhesive residues, screed and other wall or floor coverings, as its width covers a larger area and thus significantly speeds up the workflow.
    3. How to properly maintain chisels so that they last as long as possible?
To ensure maximum service life of the chisels and the machine chuck itself, we recommend that you lightly clean and lubricate the chisel chuck (shank) with a special grease for SDS chucks before each insertion into the hammer head. During the work, avoid applying continuous pressure to one point at the wrong angle for too long, as this will prevent overheating of the steel and possible damage.

    Instructions for using the product:
    • Before use, check that the chisels are undamaged, without cracks or major deformations.
    • Check if your demolition hammer or rotary hammer has an SDS MAX chuck. The chisels in this set are designed for tools with an SDS MAX chuck.
    • Choose the appropriate chisel for the task:• pointed chisel for initial demolition and breaking up harder materials,
    • 26 mm flat chisel for general demolition work,
    • wide chisel 50 mm for removing larger areas,
    • a groove chisel for making or widening grooves.
    • Insert the selected chisel into the SDS MAX chuck and check that it is properly locked.
    • Before starting, make sure that the chisel is correctly positioned and that the clamping mechanism can be locked securely.
    • Set the hammer to the chiseling or demolition function, if it allows it.
    • Position the chisel at the location where you want to remove material and hold the tool with both hands.
    • Start with moderate pressure and let the hammer do most of the work. Reposition the chisel as needed.
    • After finishing work, turn off the hammer and wait until it stops completely, then remove the chisel.

    Useful tips for work:
    • The kit is suitable for concrete, brick, stone, ceramics and other construction demolition work.
    • When removing ceramics, use primarily a flat or wider chisel, and for initial piercing, use a pointed chisel.
    • For larger surfaces, start with a smaller area and remove material gradually.
    • Do not use excessive pressure. Excessive force can reduce the effectiveness of the impact and place additional stress on the hammer.
    • When making grooves, guide the chisel gradually and do not remove too much material at once.
    • During prolonged work, periodically check the condition of the tip and cutting edge. Replace a damaged or badly worn chisel.
    • After use, remove dust and material residues and store the chisels in a dry place.

    Warnings:
    • CAUTION – Chiseling produces flying particles and a lot of dust. Always wear safety glasses or a face shield, hearing protection and appropriate respiratory protection.
    • Wear protective gloves and sturdy work shoes when working.
    • Always turn off the hammer and disconnect it from the electrical or battery power supply before changing the chisel.
    • Do not use the chisel if it is cracked, bent or otherwise damaged.
    • Do not use a chisel that is not compatible with the clamping system of your hammer.
    • Before starting, check that there are no electrical cables, water pipes, gas lines or other hidden lines behind the surface.
    • Do not point a working hammer at yourself or other persons.
    • The chisel and workpiece can become very hot during use – do not touch them with bare hands immediately after use.
    • When demolishing larger structures, ensure the stability of the structure and a safe work area.
    • Keep chisels out of the reach of children.
