Answers to frequently asked questions

Does this power bank really charge laptops and how many charges does it allow?

Yes, the Sandberg Powerbank 20,000 Travel, 65W supports charging most modern laptops via the USB-C output with a power of up to 65 W. With a single charge, you can charge an average laptop once, and phones and tablets several times, depending on the capacity of the device.

What type of cable is needed to use this battery with a laptop?

For optimal laptop charging, use a quality USB-C to USB-C cable that supports fast charging (PD) and power up to 65 W. The cable often comes bundled with the device, otherwise it is recommended to use the original manufacturer or verified accessories.

Is the power bank also suitable for air travel?

The Sandberg 20,000 mAh power bank meets most international safety standards for hand luggage on airplanes, as it does not exceed the permitted capacity (100 Wh). We recommend that you always keep it in your hand luggage when traveling.

What can I do if the power bank fails or doesn't charge my device?

If the power bank is not working properly, first check the included cable and make sure the connector is free of dust and foreign objects. It also helps to turn off and on all devices. If you still have problems, contact professional help, as the reason may also be the incompatibility of the output with a specific device.
