Answers to frequently asked questions

Does the film affect the touch screen sensitivity?

The original Samsung screen protector is designed to not interfere with touch sensitivity and allows smooth use of the screen with all functions, including gestures and fast typing.

How is the film adapted for the Galaxy S24 Plus 5G model?

The film is made to measurements and cutouts that precisely follow the shape of the Galaxy S24 Plus 5G screen, so the camera, sensors, and edges remain functional and unobstructed.

Is this film also suitable for protection against major impacts or falls?

This film is primarily intended to protect against scratches and minor abrasions. For greater protection against impacts or drops, we recommend considering tempered glass, which offers a higher level of mechanical protection.

How to remove air bubbles under the protective film?

When properly installed on a clean screen, most small bubbles can be easily squeezed out with the included tool or gently with a card. It is important that the screen surface is thoroughly cleaned beforehand.

Can I reuse or reinstall the film?

It is recommended to install the film only once, as its adhesion and protective function are reduced with each removal.
