The Rode Microphones SC27-PU USB 3.2 Gen1 data cable, USB-C to USB-C, PD 60W, 2 meters, purple is a modern accessory for data transfer and device charging, designed for use with devices that support the USB-C connector. It is intended for anyone who needs a reliable connection for their smartphone, tablet or other devices with USB-C, especially in situations where data transfer speeds and efficient charging are crucial. The cable provides stable data transfer and fast power supply, which facilitates the daily digital challenges of users.

The two-meter length allows for more freedom of movement and placement of devices at the desired distance, which is practical in the office, at home or on the go. The purple color stands out and makes the cable easy to recognize among other accessories, while adding a personal touch.

Evaluation of key product features

⚖️ Compare features with other products of your choice

The cable supports USB 3.2 Gen1 data transfer speeds, meaning that large videos, photos, or documents can be transferred between devices quickly and without any problems. This functionality is useful, for example, when transferring multimedia content or backing up data from a phone to a laptop. Support for Power Delivery (PD) up to 60W means it can power a variety of devices, from smartphones to some smaller laptops, while also reducing charging times compared to standard cables.

The single cable structure ensures easy and less cumbersome storage or carrying in a bag, as there are no extra cables to separate or organize. The reversible USB-C connector makes it easy to use, as you can plug the cable in either direction, without the need for additional adapters.

The durable construction and flexibility allow the cable to be used in a variety of environments - both with frequent use at home and on the go or at work, when a longer connection of the device to a power source or computer is required. The color gives the cable individuality, while also helping to better recognize it among other cables.

The combination of length, fast data transfer, and charging power allows for reliable use for both basic smartphone control and for connecting to modern equipment such as audio devices or laptops, where connection speed and stability are key.

It is important to know

This cable is a sensible choice especially for users of more modern devices with a USB-C connector who are looking for a reliable solution for charging and data transfer over a longer distance (2 meters). Before purchasing, it is crucial to check the compatibility of the connectors on your devices, as the cable is not universal for all types of connectors. Pay special attention to the purpose — whether charging speed or stable data transfer is more important to you.

• A longer cable (2 m) brings more freedom when using at home or in the office, but may be less convenient for carrying and using with a power bank or in the car.
• The cable supports the modern USB 3.2 Gen1 standard, but charging and data transfer speeds are also limited by your device and charger — check their support for maximum speeds.
• The cable is intended for connecting USB-C to USB-C devices only; it is not compatible with devices that use microUSB or Lightning without an adapter.
• The fixed length and single type of connection mean that this cable is not suitable for those who need more flexibility (e.g. multi-connector or shorter cables for a variety of situations).
