It is important to know

Before choosing a clip folder, it is essential to consider what role it will play in your daily business environment. Although the product may look simple, its practical use depends heavily on how you archive and transport documents, as well as your specific needs for visual organization. It is important to choose a color and type that makes sense for your work system, as the wrong choice can reduce transparency or practicality.

• The choice of folder should be based primarily on the method of use - a clip is particularly suitable for securely inserting multiple sheets, but it can slightly slow down quick access to individual documents.
• Clip folders are the most functional for transporting and short-term storage of documents, while for systematic long-term archiving in archive cabinets or drawers, they often require supplementation with other types of folders.
• A color choice such as red allows for the introduction of color coding (e.g. projects, departments), but for good effect, a consistent internal rule for color allocation is essential.
• The material and construction of a plastic folder provide basic protection for documents, but for prolonged or rough use, it is recommended to check whether the construction is sturdy enough for your requirements.

In practice

🟢 Archiving project documentation for easier browsing

A folder with a clip allows for quick insertion and neat sorting of smaller sets of sheets, making it easier to review and add to them in between.

🟡 Preparing materials for meetings or fieldwork

For occasional carrying of folders, the clip is practical due to its secure closure, however, if you carry a large number of documents or carry them frequently, we recommend checking the durability of the clip and material.

🟢 Establishing a color system for quick review

The color red allows for effective separation of content according to internal criteria (projects, departments), if the color system is thoughtfully implemented.

🟡 Protecting individual documents for a short period of time

The product is perfectly suitable for short-term protection of documents from creasing or dust, but for longer storage in more demanding conditions, the protection may not be fully sufficient.

Answers to frequently asked questions

Is the folder suitable for opening and inserting documents multiple times?

The clip allows for multiple uses, but careful handling is recommended to maintain the mechanical stability of the attachment.

How well can different projects or tasks be separated in this folder?

Color implementation allows for clear labeling of content, but effectiveness depends on consistent use of the color system across your archive or team.

Can I also use the folder for presentations in a formal business environment?

The folder offers a neat look for basic presentations, but for particularly demanding events or clients, it is worth considering additional personalization or different packaging.
