It is important to know

Before choosing a PVC U 1/100 Levia 55mic thinner folder, it is crucial to consider whether its closure and protection method meets the actual purpose of use in your business environment. With thinner U-shaped folders, there are important compromises - quick access to the contents means slightly less protection when carrying frequently or with a larger number of sheets. Pay special attention to how the folder will fit into your organization system and whether it will be sufficient for long-term or more demanding tasks.

• The thinner U-shaped PVC folder is optimal for individual documents or smaller sets where quick visibility and accessibility are key, but is not intended for carrying large quantities of documents or intensive use in the field.
• Since the folder is open on one side, documents can be quickly inserted and removed, but there is no additional closure, which reduces protection when transported or stored in messy environments.
• The transparent finish allows for quick visual identification of contents without opening, which contributes to better visibility, while the green tint makes it easier to color-code by project or department.

In practice

🟢 Archiving individual documents in the office

The folder is very suitable for storing and short-term archiving individual documents or smaller sets that need to be quickly browsed or visually identified.

🟡 Short-term document transfer to meetings

Suitable with limitations – suitable for carrying a few sheets, but the open side does not prevent the contents from falling out if you carry or transport it frequently.

🔴 Long-term storage of large amounts of documents

Less suitable, as the thinner folder and open system are not designed for permanent archiving of thicker bundles or frequent handling of larger volumes of documents.

🟡 Presentation of individual offers or materials

Suitable with limitations – allows for a neat appearance and quick delivery, but for more formal presentations or required protection, we recommend thicker or closed folders.
