It is important to know

Before buying a protective glass, it is crucial to be aware that the quality of protection is not measured only by the level of hardness or thickness, but above all by its perfect adaptation to the selected phone model and method of use. An important compromise is between high impact resistance and preserving the natural feel of the screen. Before making a final decision, we recommend paying attention to the features that can affect the daily satisfaction of using the phone.

• The screen protector, which is precisely tailored to the Honor Magic 8 Pro, reduces the risk of installation problems or edge deviation.
• The full-screen coverage and 3D finish mean that the protection extends to the edges of the screen, but when combined with some tighter cases, there may be a slight overlap or lifting at the edges.
• Tempered glass offers a higher level of protection against scratches and minor impacts than most films, but it is more noticeable in feel and is slightly thicker.
• Easy installation makes first use easier, but a lasting good result depends on a carefully cleaned screen and precise installation without dust bubbles.

In practice

🟢 Basic screen protection for everyday use

Glass with 9H resistance effectively protects against most scratches and maintains transparency, making it very suitable for routine phone use.

🟢 Increased protection during more intensive use or frequent carrying

Tempered glass, due to its greater robustness, protects the screen well in a bag, pocket, or during frequent handling of the phone.

🟡 Use together with the selected cover

The full-screen 3D glass may lift slightly at the edges with tight cases, so consider how the protection fits with your existing case.

🟢 Preserving the natural feel of the screen

Because it is a completely transparent glass with a smooth surface, the touch feeling is very similar to the bare surface of the phone.

How often does tempered glass need to be replaced?

Replacement is advisable if there are visible scratches, cracks, or after a strong impact, otherwise the glass can be used for a long time.

Does glass affect the responsiveness of the touchscreen?

When installed correctly, responsiveness remains virtually unchanged, as the glass is designed to support the display's performance.

Do fingerprints often accumulate on the protection?

Glass usually has a surface coating that makes it easier to clean fingerprints, but complete resistance is not guaranteed.
