Answers to frequently asked questions

Which devices is this powerbank best suited for?

The powerbank is best suited for charging smartphones, tablets and less demanding laptops, especially those that support charging via USB Type-C or require up to 20 W of power.

Can I charge multiple devices at the same time?

Yes, because the power bank offers multiple outputs (2x USB Type-A, 1x USB Type-C and 1x microUSB), you can charge multiple devices simultaneously, as long as the total power and capacity allow it.

Will this kit also work with devices that do not support fast charging?

Yes, the powerbank will also work with devices without fast charging support, but charging will take place at normal speed, depending on the specifications of your device.

How can I check the remaining power in the power bank?

With the help of the built-in LED indicators, you can quickly and easily check the current battery charge status.

Is this model suitable for everyday carrying in a bag or backpack?

Due to the larger capacity, the model is slightly heavier and larger, so it is more suitable for regular use on the go, but not as the most pocket-friendly solution. For complete pocket-friendly portability, we recommend a smaller model with a lower capacity.
