It is important to know

Before choosing this pen in a business environment, it is crucial to think carefully about the practical role of color and how many and what types of pens or accessories you plan to carry with you. A properly organized interior is especially important where the pen is also intended to store smaller office items. A colorful design, such as that offered by this model, brings benefits in the area of differentiation and internal organization, but is not always the most appropriate in all businesses.

• The colorful multi-color design makes it easy to quickly identify the pen within a team or multi-person work environment, but may appear less neutral in more formal business settings.
• Check the internal layout before buying – if you also store USB sticks or smaller items in addition to pens, a clearly divided space is a big advantage.
• The compactness of the pen improves portability, but it also limits the maximum amount of content you can carry at once – be aware of this trade-off.

In practice

🟢 Pen storage for everyday office work

Due to its spaciousness and design, the pen case is well suited for everyday storage of a regular set of pens in the office.

🟢 Organizing gadgets for team members or departments

The multi-colored design makes it easier to visually distinguish pens between different members or departments in the company.

🟡 Use in formal meetings

A distinctive and colorful exterior can stand out in more formal environments, which is a good idea to consider for companies with a more conservative visual identity.

🟡 Storage of small office items (USB sticks, markers)

The pencil case can also accommodate some accessories, but it is advisable to check the internal arrangement according to specific needs (small items may otherwise get mixed up).
