It is important to know

When choosing staples for higher-capacity staplers, it is crucial to check their compatibility with your stapler and that they meet the specific requirements of the business environment. A common mistake is purchasing the wrong type or size of staples, which can lead to problems in everyday work, reduced stapling reliability and interruptions in the work process.

• The “23/17 SUPER” designation means that these staples are suitable for more powerful staplers and larger quantities of documents – they are less suitable for smaller, everyday bundles of paper.
• Reliable stapling of larger bundles is only possible if the staples and stapler are technically compatible; for optimal performance, we recommend using them in accordance with the recommendations of your stapler manufacturer.
• In a business environment where work continuity is important, having a stock of appropriate staples makes practical sense – purchasing a larger package reduces disruption to the work process.

In practice

🟢 Stapling of larger documents

These staples are designed for use in archiving, project folders or collecting a large number of sheets where greater load-bearing capacity and stapling stability are required.

🟡 Stapling of smaller bundles for everyday office use

The product can also be used for smaller volumes of sheets, but the robustness and size of the staples are not usually needed for basic office tasks.

🟢 Purchasing for inventory in a business-intensive environment

The staple pack contains a larger quantity, making it suitable for offices with high frequency of use and the need for uninterrupted work without frequent replenishment of material.

🟡 Use with various stapler models

Compatibility is only guaranteed with couplers that explicitly support the “23/17” type; in other cases, we recommend checking in advance.
