It is important to know

Before choosing staples for higher-capacity staplers, it is crucial to check compatibility with the specific device and the actual need for stapling capacity. We also recommend paying attention to the quality of consumables when choosing, which can affect the smooth operation of a business environment. Customers often overlook the practical differences between individual staple types for staplers.

• When purchasing, always check that the selected size and type of staples fully comply with the recommendations or requirements of your stapler.
• The high capacity of these staples allows for more stable binding of larger bundles of documents, which is important for archiving or larger projects, but is not necessarily optimal for everyday stapling of smaller quantities of sheets.
• When choosing the wrong staples, problems with jamming or incomplete stapling often occur - in intensive business use, this means a loss of time and more unnecessary interventions.
• Regularly checking the stock of the appropriate type of staples makes sense in business environments to avoid disrupting the workflow.

In practice

🟢 Stapling of larger documents

The product enables stable and even stapling of larger bundles, making it easier to prepare archival or project folders.

🟢 Regular office use

The staples are suitable for everyday business use in an office environment where reliability and repeatability in stapling are required.

🟡 Stapling of smaller bundles

They can also be used for smaller amounts of sheets, but for simple tasks a lower capacity is often sufficient; a high capacity is not always optimal for thin bundles.

🟡 Stapler compatibility

Only useful if compatible with your stapler; mismatching type or size often causes operational problems.

Answers to frequently asked questions

They can be used for smaller bundles, but the capacity is optimized for stapling a larger number of sheets.

What to do if staples often get stuck in the device?

If jams occur, check that you are using the correct type and size of staples for your stapler model and clean the mechanism regularly.

How to store large quantities of staples for optimal performance?

Store staples in a dry, clean place in their original packaging to prevent curling or rusting, which can affect the stapler's performance.
