It is important to know

When choosing staples for higher-capacity staplers, it is crucial to consider whether the type and size of staples are in line with the recommendations of your stapler. Direct technical differences between different types of staples are often not noticeable from the specifications alone, but choosing the right type has a significant impact on flawless operation and reliability in frequent use, especially in business environments where workflow is key.

• Stapler compatibility is essential for smooth operation - check that your model supports type 23/6 before ordering large quantities.
• For intensive office use, a stock of original recommended staples is recommended, as it reduces frequent interruptions due to jams or incorrect stapling.
• Due to the different wire thickness and length between clamp types, using the wrong model can lead to poorer clamping results, which is not always evident from the packaging itself or the basic filters.

In practice

🟢 Stapling of smaller bundles for everyday office use

The product is suitable for typical daily tasks when it is necessary to staple average quantities of documents, as it corresponds to the standardized size for business staplers.

🟢 Stapling of larger documents for archiving

23/6 staples enable stable stapling even for slightly larger bundles (within the capacity of your stapler), which makes it easier to prepare documentation for archives and projects.

🟡 Purchase of replacement clamps for regular use in larger teams

Suitability is dependent on the compatibility of the staple type and your stapler - if you have a large number of users, we recommend checking compatibility for all device models used.

🟡 Stapling of atypical formats or non-standard materials

Staples of this type are optimized for regular office paper; for unusual materials or thicker materials, it is recommended to check the stapler manufacturer's instructions beforehand.
