The 7020 whisk is a gentle specialist for everything thick and creamy. It can be used to mix light pancake batters, omelettes and egg batters, to mix puddings creamy and to emulsify salad dressings and dressings, even cosmetic creams. It conjures up mayonnaise, tartar sauce or herb butter in seconds (without artificial additives). It mixes cocktails and drinks like a professional bartender. Despite its mixing capabilities, the whisk disc is gentle on ingredients that should not be crushed, such as raisins in the batter.
