Product description

Mill oil radiator 1000w with Heat Boost Technology
If you are looking for something that can aesthetically liven up your home and at the same time provide a warm feeling in the winter, then you need the new generation of Mill oil radiators! Mill is an innovative oil radiator with state-of-the-art technology, which will also provide a stunning look to your home with its elegant design.

How Mill Boost Technologies works
The Mill oil radiator has a closed structure around the heat-releasing fins due to its shape. This makes a big difference in terms of heat delivery. The design of the heater itself forces the hot air to rise vertically through the hot fins. This increases the speed of the hot air, which results in a significantly faster and more efficient distribution of heat in the room.

Technical specifications:

  • 1000W

Purchasing instructions:

Room size
You will need to measure the size of your room, i.e. floor area in square metres and ceiling height, before deciding which model you need. If the room is too large, you may need multiple heaters to distribute the heat evenly between each source. In mild climates, use approx. 60-70 watts per square metre for calculation purposes and 70-85 watts per square metre for colder climates.

A well-insulated house?
The age and insulation of your home will also affect your heating needs. Fewer watts per square meter are needed for newer homes and apartments with heat gain, while older and less well-insulated homes will need proportionally more watts per square meter.

Avoid thermal bridges
Although modern windows are airtight, they are usually not as well insulated as walls. The air inside them will quickly cool and sink towards the ground. This is called thermal bridging, and can be avoided by installing a suitable heating element under each window.

Go for more watts than you need
Once you have determined how many watts you need, avoid buying a heater that just fits your needs. Buy a product that gives you a little extra capacity so you don't have to run it at full power. This will also keep the surface temperature of the heater appropriately lower.

It is important to know

The MILL oil radiator AB-H1000MEC is intended primarily for additional heating and maintaining heat in small to medium-sized rooms. Before purchasing, it is crucial to consider in what room and how often you will use it, as its power and type of heating affect the experience of use and suitability for your needs.

  • An oil radiator continues to emit heat after it is turned off, so it is suitable where you want the room to stay warm for a longer period of time without constant operation.
  • The combination of 1000W of power and oil technology means that heating larger spaces or reaching temperatures very quickly is not an advantage of this model - it works best in smaller spaces or as an additional heat source.
  • The built-in thermostat allows for a more stable temperature and reduces the need for manual adjustment, but true heating efficiency is still based on the correct choice based on the size of the room.

In practice

🟢 Continuous heating of smaller living spaces

This model is very suitable for heating smaller rooms for longer periods of time, as oil technology ensures even heat and lower energy consumption when all you want is to maintain warmth.

🟡 Suitable with restrictions: Fast space heating

Because oil radiators release heat gradually, they don't heat up a room as quickly as other technologies. For an instant heating effect, this model is not an ideal choice, although it will reliably heat a room over time.

🟡 Suitable with restrictions: Moving between rooms

Although the model may be mobile, the size and weight of oil radiators make frequent relocation less comfortable than with less massive heaters.

🔴 Less suitable: Use in very large spaces

When heating larger rooms or open spaces, 1000 W is often not enough to effectively raise the temperature without the support of other heating sources.

Answers to frequently asked questions

Is 1000W power suitable for a bedroom or living room?

This power is suitable for smaller spaces, such as bedrooms or small living rooms; for larger spaces, a model with more power is recommended.

What does it mean that a radiator has a built-in thermostat?

The thermostat allows you to automatically maintain the desired temperature in the room without constant manual adjustment.

Can a radiator heat a room even after it is turned off?

Yes, because oil radiators accumulate heat, they continue to emit pleasant heat for some time after being turned off.

Is the radiator suitable for quickly heating rooms that are used occasionally?

Due to the slower heating of oil radiators, they are not optimal for immediate heat, but are more suitable for maintaining heat.
