Answers to frequently asked questions

How often is it recommended to change the Mamibot W120-P cleaning cloths?

We recommend changing the cloths after every intensive use or when you notice visible signs of wear - the frequency depends mainly on the number of cleanings and the type of dirt. For homes with multiple pets or a large number of users, changing the cloths may be necessary more often.

Are these cloths also suitable for other robots or vacuum cleaners?

The kit is specifically designed for the Mamibot W120-P and vacuum cleaners that have the same shape and attachment system. Always check the compatibility with your model before purchasing, as the cloths are not universal.

What is the best way to clean used cloths?

Do not leave cloths damp in the dryer; hand wash them in lukewarm water without harsh fabric softeners and let them air dry completely. Proper maintenance extends the life of the cloths.

Is it necessary to use original Mamibot cloths or are replacement ones also suitable?

For optimal performance and long-term preservation of the vacuum cleaner, we recommend using original accessories, as they are adapted to the dimensions and materials of the device. Untested replacement cloths may affect the cleaning quality or wear of the robot.
