- PVC folder with elastic
- A4 format

It is important to know

Before purchasing an A4 PVC elastic folder, it is crucial to assess whether the actual features of the folder meet the requirements of the business environment and the way you will use it. The biggest difference in usability is often made by details that are not obvious from the specification — such as the closure method, material and organization by color. It is advisable to consider how the folder will fit into your daily process and whether it provides the desired level of protection, transparency and professional appearance.

• PVC material can provide good protection against moisture ingress and wear, but it can be less pleasant to the touch and does not have the same level of strength as thicker cardboard or metal folders — so consideration of the frequency and purpose of use makes sense.
• The elastic closure reduces the chance of documents accidentally falling out when being carried; this is especially important for mobile work or when documents are not in the cabinet all the time.
• A4 format is standard and will fit most office filing systems and drawers — for special document sizes or unusual folder shapes, check compatibility in advance.
• A color scheme (in this case, red) can contribute to more effective visual classification and separation of projects, departments, or document types if you use multiple folders at the same time.

In practice

🟢 Archiving documents in drawers or cabinets

The folder is very suitable for basic archiving, as the A4 format makes it compatible with most office cabinets and drawers, and the elastic prevents papers from falling out.

🟡 Long-term storage of documentation

Suitable with limitations — PVC provides protection against dirt and creasing, but with very frequent use or prolonged stress, the material may show signs of wear more quickly than metal or stronger cardboard versions.

🟢 Transfer documents to meetings or different locations

Very convenient — the elastic effectively prevents documents from getting lost when being carried, and the folder is lightweight and convenient for mobile use.

🟢 Preparation of presentation materials

Very convenient — aesthetic and uniformly colored folders contribute to a neat appearance when handing over materials to clients or colleagues.

🟡 Visual organization with multiple colored folders

Suitable with limitations — color classification is possible, but effectiveness depends on a broader categorization system and multiple color choices within your organization.

Answers to frequently asked questions

Will the color red help distinguish documents?

Yes, colored folders are very useful for separating by projects or departments in larger filing systems.

Is the folder sturdy enough to carry a large number of documents?

The PVC material offers basic protection for a normal amount of A4 sheets, for very thick sets it is recommended to check the capacity and strength before use.
