It is important to know

Before purchasing a battery-powered stapler, it is worth considering your daily use in a business environment. With this type of device, the most important thing is to assess whether the stapling capacity and the type of staples used meet your office needs, and to take into account that certain functions may pose practical limitations. It is recommended to pay special attention to the compatibility between the stapler, the type of staples and the expected amount of work.

• A battery stapler allows for simple, one-handed use without manual pressure, but for truly intensive, long-term stapling of larger bundles, a more powerful electric or robust desktop version is usually more suitable.
• The combination of staple type and stapling capacity can significantly affect performance – using incompatible staples often causes blockages or ineffective stapling.
• For a business environment with a large number of users or frequent replacement of consumables, it is recommended to maintain a stock of appropriate staples, as an inappropriate choice quickly leads to jams.

In practice

🟢 Daily stapling of small bundles of documents

The stapler is very suitable for routine office tasks where you do not exceed the stapling limit; it allows for fast and efficient work.

🟡 Stapling of thicker or archival documents

Suitable with limitations - a capacity of up to 10 sheets is sufficient for most common documentation, but for larger materials, multiple stages or a different type of device will be required.

🟡 Multi-user office environment

Suitable with limitations – as long as the correct terminals are available and users follow instructions, operation is reliable; lack of proper terminals may result in interruptions or unnecessary downtime.

🟢 Practical mobility or use in multiple workplaces

With a battery-powered climber, you are less tied to the location of use and can easily move between different departments or meetings.

Answers to frequently asked questions

Can any type of clamp be used?

For optimal performance, staples that are compatible with the stapler model should be used; improper staples may cause jams.

What does the limit of 10 sheets mean?

The stapler reliably staples up to 10 standard sheets at a time; for larger quantities of sheets, efficient stapling in one go is not possible.

Is the stapler suitable for intensive office use?

It is suitable for routine tasks on a smaller scale, but for continuous stapling of larger quantities, it makes sense to consider a more robust design.

What is the easiest way to prevent downtime at work?

Ensuring a supply of the correct staples and regularly cleaning the stapling slots reduces the chance of jams.
