It is important to know

When choosing staples in a K12 cassette for stapling up to 80 sheets, it is crucial to consider the daily needs of your business environment and the type of documentation you typically process. Before purchasing, it is worth assessing whether the size, capacity and type of stapler suit your archiving or presentation processes.

• Higher stapling capacity means it's suitable for larger reports or internal archives, but larger staple dimensions can take up more space in certain folders or boxes.
• The cassette provides faster insertion and replacement of staples, which is practical for regular or extensive use in larger departments, but requires compatibility with a suitable stapler.
• If you often prepare formal documents or presentations, check that the staple type leaves minimal marks on the paper and maintains a professional appearance of the document.
• For long-term archiving, it is important that the clips do not leave stains; a material with corrosion resistance is recommended - check the manufacturer's specifications.
• Bundled packaging is relevant for businesses with high consumption – assess whether the quantity in the cassette is sufficient for your types of tasks without frequent interruptions for replacement.

In practice

🟢 General office stapling

High capacity (up to 80 sheets) and cassette packaging enable fast and efficient use for everyday office tasks.

🟢 Collating larger reports for archiving

The design for a larger number of sheets is suitable for the preparation of archival documentation – assuming that the material used is rust-resistant and sufficiently stable.

🟡 Preparing formal presentations

Staples in a cassette make work easier, but before using them for formal presentations, check that they do not leave visible marks on the paper, as this can affect the visual impression.

🟡 Visual organization by projects or departments

If the cassette includes staples of the same color and classic look, organization by color is not possible - colored versions would be more suitable for separating documents faster.
