It is important to know

When choosing a folder with a flap and elastic for office use, it is crucial to consider how well it balances document protection, organization, and convenience in a variety of everyday scenarios. Before purchasing, pay special attention to the practical implications of the closure type and certain functional features that may not be apparent from the specifications at first glance.

• The elastic closure significantly reduces the chance of documents slipping out of the folder during transportation or quick handling.
• Folders with harder covers provide better protection against creasing, but may slightly slow down quick access to individual sheets.
• The color version (blue) allows for visual coding in the archive or for separating document types, which is convenient for multiple departments or projects.
• This type of folder is usually not optimal for archiving very large amounts of material in one place; it works better for organizing or transferring smaller sets of documents.
