It is important to know

Before choosing a Leitz clipboard folder WOW, A4, pay attention to the type and method of use, as these folders have particularly distinct advantages and certain practical limitations. The most important considerations are the purpose of use, frequency of transfer and the necessary protection of documents - less obvious at first glance, but in a business environment often crucial for long-term satisfaction.

• Clip folders, such as this model, are most useful for carrying to meetings and short-term storage of documents, as they allow for quick fixation and access, but are not intended for archiving larger quantities of sheets.
• Because it provides a solid base, it proves useful in the field or in situations without a stable surface, which is a significant advantage for business users on the move compared to a conventional soft folder.
• White is suitable for a neutral, professional look, but at the same time contributes less to the quick visual separation of projects in an office with several similar folders - in such cases, we often recommend color-coded systems.
• With frequent use, it is important to assess whether the material and strength offer enough longevity for your specific needs, especially if you are often in the field.

In practice

🟢 For carrying documents to meetings or in the field

Very convenient - the clip and hard base allow for stable writing and safe carrying of individual documents outside the office.

🟡 Use for short-term submission or storage of individual documents

Suitable with limitations – suitable for handover and short-term storage, less optimal for longer archiving or larger documentation sets.

🔴 Long-term archiving of large quantities of documents

Less suitable – the open design and limited capacity make it impossible to store a large number of sheets in a clear manner, which reduces its usefulness for archiving.

🟡 Creating a visually coded system in larger offices

Suitable with limitations – white provides a clean look, but does not contribute to quick separation by department or project; multi-colored folders are more practical for this purpose.

Answers to frequently asked questions

Is the folder suitable for transferring multiple documents at once?

It is mainly suitable for transferring a smaller number of documents, as the clip effectively fixes the sheets, but has limited capacity.

How does this folder perform in frequent field use?

The hard base and more robust construction allow for everyday use on the go or in meetings, but it is recommended to check the wear of the material during intensive use.

Does it allow for a clear organization of materials by project?

For one or a few projects, it makes sense to use it, but for systematic color separation of a larger number of materials, you may need additional colors or markings.

How does the color white affect practical use in the office?

White gives a professional, neutral impression, but is not the best choice for quickly separating documents between multiple folders.
