Answers to frequently asked questions

Does the Joyroom JR-15Q2 case really fit the iPhone 15 Pro model only?

Yes, this case model is designed specifically for the iPhone 15 Pro and does not fit other iPhone models or versions, as it has specific cutouts and dimensions.

Does the case also protect the edges and camera?

The case is designed to provide basic protection for the edges, corners and back of the phone. The cutout for the camera allows for unobstructed use, but we recommend additional lens protection in exposed conditions.

Does the case obstruct access to buttons or charging ports?

No, all buttons and connectors remain fully accessible, as the case is designed for a specific model and takes into account the placement of elements on the iPhone 15 Pro.

Is the matte surface sensitive to fingerprints and scratches?

The matte black surface slightly reduces the visibility of fingerprints, but as with most thinner cases, minor scratches may appear after prolonged use. We recommend regular cleaning to maintain its appearance.

Is the case suitable for wireless charging?

Since the case is thin and tailored to the dimensions of the iPhone 15 Pro, it usually does not interfere with the wireless charging function, but it is recommended to check compatibility with the charger before use.
