It is important to know

Before buying a Huawei Watch GT 7 smartwatch in this version, it's crucial to pay attention to everyday usability and the trade-off between the features you'll actually use and the features that may be less obvious from the basic specs. It's important to assess how well the watch fits your lifestyle and what expectations you might need to adjust.

• The extremely long battery life (up to 21 days) makes it easy to use when traveling, on longer trips, or when you don't want to charge every day—however, with more intensive use of some features, the actual autonomy may be shorter.
• The squareness and robustness (46 mm, high water resistance) are great for more active users or larger wrists, but may be less comfortable for smaller wrists when worn while sleeping or at the office.
• Built-in GPS means you can record activities (e.g. running, hiking) even without your phone, which isn't a given with all watches—some features, like Bluetooth calling, require a connection to a nearby phone.
• The watch does not support standalone operation with a mobile card (SIM/eSIM), which means you always need a phone nearby to make calls from the watch—for fully standalone use, look for a model with LTE/eSIM support.
• The elegant design is universal (uni), but features such as a multitude of sports functions or detailed health monitoring achieve maximum utility, especially for those who really want to use these functions every day.
