Answers to frequently asked questions

Are these headphones also suitable for music and movies, or are they really just for gaming?

The HP HyperX Cloud Alpha Wireless headset delivers quality sound with well-balanced tones and a surround effect, so it will also satisfy users who are interested in listening to music or watching movies, not just playing games.

What is the compatibility with consoles and computers?

The headset is designed primarily for use with a PC, but in most cases it can also be used with some game consoles if they allow connection via a USB transmitter. It is recommended to check compatibility before purchasing based on your device.

How comfortable are they for long-term wear?

The model is over-ear, which means that the pads cover the entire ear and provide comfort even when worn for several hours, and the material and shape prevent pressure on the head. However, the feeling of comfort can be subjective and depends on the individual.

Do the headphones have active noise cancellation (ANC)?

The model does not include active noise cancellation (ANC), but due to the over-ear design and ear cushions, it provides considerable passive isolation from external sound, which is sufficient for most home gaming environments.
