A folder with 3 flaps and elastic at the corners, suitable for storing documents. The folder is made of high-quality, stronger cardboard, A4 format. The covers are printed with interesting motifs, which will brighten up the space both at home and in the office.

It is important to know

Before deciding on a folder with a flap and elastic, it is crucial to consider how it will be used in your business environment. The biggest difference in everyday practicality is primarily the closure style and the ability to protect documents when transporting or archiving. It is also important to remember that there is usually no universal solution for all office needs.

• The elastic closure prevents documents from falling out or getting damaged during transport, but this method opens a little slower than open quick-fill folders.
• Folders with a motif design usually do not provide a uniform look in a larger archive collection - for business purposes where uniformity is important, it is recommended to combine them with neutral folders.
• For long-term intensive use or a large number of documents, it makes sense to check how well the folder retains its shape and strength even when opened and carried frequently.

In practice

🟢 Archiving individual documents

An elasticated folder provides basic protection against loss and creasing of documents, which is suitable for archiving materials that you record or update from time to time.

🟢 Fast transfer to meetings

The elastic construction allows for securing the contents and easy transportation between rooms or to outdoor locations, without the risk of the sheets falling out.

🟡 Presentation use (formal events)

A visual motif is not universally suitable for all business occasions – if a uniform or neutral look is desired, the choice should be adapted to the overall graphic image of your company.

🟡 Long-term daily use

With very frequent use, opening/closing with elastic can cause wear at the attachment points; it is recommended to check the condition after a longer period of use.

Answers to frequently asked questions

Is this folder suitable for storing a large number of documents?

The folder allows you to store a classic range of A4 documents, but for larger quantities, it is recommended to consider a more robust design for long-term use.

Does the motif on the folder affect the professional appearance in a business environment?

Farm animal motifs are not always consistent with all business graphic standards, so it makes sense to adapt their use according to the purpose and business context.

Is it possible to use the folder together with other colors or designs in a larger archive?

Yes, you can combine the folder with other folders as you wish, but in a business archive, we recommend using coordinated colors or neutral designs if you want to maintain a uniform look for the archive.
