Answers to frequently asked questions

Does the flip case affect the use of the side buttons and ports?

The case is designed specifically for the Xiaomi Redmi 10T and 10T Pro, so the cutouts allow unobstructed access to all buttons and ports.

Is the case suitable if I use a screen protector?

Most thinner lenses will fit when using this case, but we recommend checking the fit with thicker protectors due to possible additional pressure on the edges.

Can the magnetic closure affect the phone's performance?

The magnet in the case closure is weak and does not come into contact with the internal parts of the phone, so it generally does not affect the functionality of the device.

What should I do if the color of my handbag fades over time?

Minor wear is expected with softer materials, but we recommend regular cleaning and avoiding storing next to sharp objects.

Is the case also suitable for the Redmi 10 model without the letter "T"?

This case is specifically designed for the Redmi 10T and 10T Pro, so use with another Redmi 10 model is not recommended due to possible differences in dimensions or cutout placement.
