- PVC folder with elastic
- A4 format

It is important to know

When choosing an A4 PVC elastic folder, it is crucial to consider how your documents are organized and how often you will access or transfer them. Before purchasing, consider whether this type of folder is best suited to your daily work routine, considering the requirements for protection and transparency, and whether the color classification contributes to a more organized office.

• Elasticated folders provide basic protection for the contents even when being carried frequently, but do not allow for as quick insertion of sheets as open L or U folders.
• PVC material offers strength and a longer lifespan, which is especially important for regular use in commercial environments, but transparency is often limited.
• Choosing a color contributes to greater transparency of the archive and easier sorting by projects or departments, especially if you use multiple color-coded folders.
• Elastic folders are particularly useful for transporting documents to meetings or in various office environments where there is a possibility of content falling out of classic folders.

In practice

🟢 Transfer documents to meetings

Very convenient - due to the elastic and harder PVC material, documents are well protected when being carried and there is less chance of the contents falling out.

🟡 Long-term archiving of larger quantities

Suitable with limitations – allows archiving, but due to limited capacity, it is not the best solution for large archives or sorting a large number of documents.

🟢 Color organization of documents

Very convenient – color allows for clear separation of documents by groups, projects or priorities, increasing transparency in the office.

🟡 Short-term protection of materials for delivery

Suitable with limitations – protection is better than with open folders, but for highly sensitive or frequently exchanged documents, choose thicker or harder presentation folders.

Yes, using color-coordinated folders is a very useful solution for visually organizing documents in larger companies or project teams.

Is the folder suitable for preparing official presentations?
