It is important to know

Before choosing an Esselte Vivida folder, it is crucial to consider your actual archiving needs and daily document usage. In business organization, easy access, organization and the ability to quickly check the contents are usually important, so it makes sense to carefully evaluate whether the design and materials of the folder meet your expectations. In particular, pay attention to the type of closure, the transparency of the folder and the storage capacity.

• The transparent design allows for a quick visual overview of the contents without opening, which is practical for everyday use or in environments where there are several different folders.
• For effective archiving or presentations, it is important to consider the limited number of pockets – a larger volume of documents may require a combination of multiple folders or a larger model.
• Folders with simple opening without additional closure are mainly suitable for stationary storage, less so for frequent transportation or storage of more confidential documents.

In practice

🟢 Archiving project documents

The Esselte Vivida folder is very suitable for structured archiving of documents by project or period, thanks to its transparent pockets and standard size.

🟡 Short-term storage or delivery of documents

For handing over or temporary storage, the folder is practical, but limited by the number of pockets and without additional closure; the contents may be less protected when carried frequently.

🟡 Use for presentations or offers

You can use the folder to prepare presentation materials if you have sufficient capacity and want the content to be visually accessible, while limiting yourself to a smaller amount of documents.

🔴 Transferring large amounts of documents or everyday mobile use

For frequent carrying or larger documentation sets, a folder without an additional closure and limited capacity is not the best choice.

Answers to frequently asked questions

Can I store larger amounts of documents in this folder?

The capacity is limited to 20 A4 pockets, so it is suitable for medium-sized documentation, not for archiving larger content.

Is a transparent design useful in a larger archive?

Yes, a transparent folder allows you to quickly identify documents without opening them, making it easier to work in larger or color-coded archives.

Is this folder suitable for frequent transfers between locations?

Due to the absence of additional closure and limited number of pockets, it is more suitable for stationary use and shorter transport.
