Specifications

It is important to know

Before purchasing a Duracell CR1/3N battery, it is crucial to check that your chosen battery type exactly matches the requirements of your device. Button cell batteries of this format are often used in precision electronics where there is no room for compromise on size or voltage. Consider which devices really need it and whether single use is the right choice for your usage pattern.

• The CR1/3N battery is a special button cell format and is not interchangeable with others, so always check the label on the old battery or the device instructions. The wrong format may cause the product to not work at all.
• It is a disposable battery - not rechargeable. This means it is more suitable for devices with occasional or low-power use and for cases where there is no possibility or need to recharge.
• For equipment such as cameras, remotes or meters, reliability is important - disposable batteries like this are often an advantage for these devices due to their long standby life.
• Also pay attention to storage options – disposable button batteries usually work well as a spare in a bag or backpack for field work, as they don't drain quickly when not in use.

In practice

🟢 Power supply for photo and video equipment

Extremely convenient, as the CR1/3N is often needed by certain cameras to save settings or power meters where this type and format of battery is required.

🟢 Use in remote controls and small electronics

Various specialized remotes and small devices require a specific type of battery - this model is a great choice if the markings match.

🟡 Use as a reserve in the field

Suitable for a spare set, especially if you use devices that require CR1/3N. However, before purchasing, check that you have exactly this type - it will not replace other batteries.

🔴 Powering larger or general devices (e.g. AA/AAA devices)

Less suitable, as this button battery does not replace standard AA or AAA batteries and is intended for specific smaller devices.
