It is important to know

Before choosing a pen holder, it is important to consider whether it fits your usage and workspace organization. Often overlooked are the practical relationships between the size of the holder, the number of pens you need, and the clarity you want to maintain on your desk. When making your decision, pay attention to how the holder fits into your existing desk organization and what compromises it entails.

• The compactness of the pot allows for use on a limited work surface, but the capacity can quickly limit the number of pens accessible at the same time.
• Material and stability are key to preventing slipping or tipping, which is especially important in intensive daily use.
• The transparent design provides better visibility of the contents, but looks less tidy when the pot is partially empty.
• A pen holder can be an effective addition to desk organizers, but it is not a substitute for storing metal clips or smaller items.

In practice

🟢 Organization of frequently used pens

The pot is very convenient for storing and easily accessing daily used pens on your desk - compact, clear and suitable for a professional environment.

🟡 Use in very limited space

Suitable with limitations – the basic, not too small size will make the pot effective, but if the surface area is extremely limited, it is worth checking the actual dimensions and considering additional solutions.

🔴 Separate storage of metal clips

Less suitable – this pot is not specialized for organizing staples or very small items, so you should use an additional organizer for this purpose.
