It is important to know

Before choosing this set of galvanized paper clips, it is crucial to consider how often and to what extent you will use them, and whether your work environment allows for easy access and organized storage of such small office supplies. The greatest value of this product is in its ease of handling and quantity, but the decision should also be based on the way your desk is organized and the ability to clearly separate materials.

• The quantity of 1000 pieces is a practical solution for business environments with multiple users or intensive use, but it takes up a little more space in a drawer or organizer.
• The galvanized design means longer durability of the clips, which is suitable for situations where they may be in contact with moisture or intensively moved between materials.
• The standard 32 mm length allows stapling multiple sheets at once, which is suitable for larger documents, but perhaps less practical for frequently separating individual smaller packets of paper.
• Since these are staples without an additional closing system or magnet, we recommend careful selection of storage to prevent scattering on the work surface.

In practice

🟢 Organizing documents on the desk

Very convenient – the larger number of staples and their size enable reliable stapling of a larger number of sheets, which is often necessary in business environments with intensive document management.

🟡 Use in open organizers or on a shared work surface

Suitable with limitations – without a special locking system, there is a possibility of staples scattering in an open environment, so additional desktop storage is recommended.

🟢 Complementing the existing office organization

Very convenient - the set is ideal as a regular supply for replacing staples in existing pots or drawers, as the volume is sufficient for a longer period of use.

🔴 Storage in very small drawers or confined spaces

Less suitable – a larger quantity of staples in one package can make it difficult to store them on the go if available space is strictly limited.

Answers to frequently asked questions

Are the staples suitable for stapling thicker documents?

Yes, the 32 mm length allows stapling a larger number of sheets at once, but we recommend a preliminary test for very thick bundles.

Are the staples in a box or bag easy to store?

Staples are usually packaged in a larger cardboard box; for everyday access, we recommend pouring them into a smaller desk organizer.

What is the advantage of galvanized clips?

Galvanized clips are more resistant to corrosion and deformation, making them suitable for intensive commercial use.

Can these staples be used for other purposes besides stapling paper?

The shapes and material also allow them to be used for easier cable organization or sorting of smaller items, but they are optimally designed for papers.
