Carefree use for a long time

DJI Care Refresh+ is a 12-month extension of the basic warranty that DJI offers for its products. During the warranty period, you can replace damaged equipment once for a small fee. Before purchasing DJI Care Refresh+, please make sure that you have DJI Care Refresh available for your device.

Damage coverage

Damage caused by user error, contact with water, dropping or signal interference during use is covered.

When an accident happens

1 The user reports a defect and sends the product to DJI Service with a notification that it has the DJI Care Refresh+ program.

2. The user receives a repair quote and decides whether to have the repair/replacement paid for or via DJI Care Refresh+.

(3) After selecting DJI Care Refresh+, the user pays a fee .

4. The replaced or repaired product will be delivered to the user on a priority basis. The shipping costs will be borne by DJI.

Note

(1) Before purchasing DJI Care Refresh+, please make sure that the DJI Care Refresh program for your device is still active and that at least one replacement program is available.

2. After purchasing and assigning DJI Care Refresh+ to your device, we will send you a service agreement via email. DJI Care Refresh+ will be linked to your device and will take effect within 24 hours.

(3) The replacement service provided by DJI Care Refresh+ is valid for one year and does not begin until the DJI Care Refresh service expires. The product warranty period is immediately extended upon receipt of the DJI Care Refresh+ service contract.

4) DJI Care Refresh+ and the corresponding product must be purchased in the same country or region, as the benefits provided by DJI Care Refresh+ are only valid in the region where they were purchased.

5 When you return equipment for replacement under the DJI Care Refresh+ program, the replacement unit will be new or equivalent to new in appearance and function.
