Service protection with DJI Care Refresh

DJI Care Refresh is a DJI product protection service that offers two replacements of damaged equipment within one year for a small additional fee, covering damage caused by, among other things, impact or water exposure. The damaged hardware will then be replaced with new or equivalent new equipment. DJI Care Refresh can be activated once up to 30 days after activation (first boot) of the device. The 30-day extension is not available for cameras, gimbals, and stabilizers.

For DJI Action 3 series cameras, the cost of the first replacement under the DJI Care Refresh program is PLN 119. The cost of the second replacement is PLN 185.*

How to activate DJI Care Refresh

1. Activate the code at: https://support.dji.com/care/active .
2. During the activation process, you must enter the Care Refresh code, the serial number of your device (located directly on the product), and the details of the person activating the package (name and email address).
3. DJI Care Refresh will be activated and automatically assigned to the appropriate region. You will receive a confirmation of DJI Care Refresh activation via email. Your equipment is now safe!

When an accident happens

1. The user reports a defect and sends the equipment to the DJI German service center with a notification that the DJI Care Refresh program is installed.
2. The user receives a repair quote and decides whether to have the repair/replacement paid for or via DJI Care Refresh.
3. When you choose DJI Care Refresh, you pay a replacement fee and receive a second copy.
4. We will send you a replacement product with priority shipping.

DJI Care Refresh does not cover

1) Missing or partially missing camera.
2) Stolen or abandoned product.
3) Accessories.
4) Intentional loss of product.
5) Damage to the casing that does not affect the operation of the product.
6) Direct or indirect damage caused by force majeure.
7) Defects that occur outside the DJI Care Refresh period.
8) Additional costs for model upgrades, performance improvements.
9) Damage resulting from modifications not in accordance with the instructions in the user manual or from the use of incompatible batteries and chargers.
10) Defects resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries or software.
