Answers to frequently asked questions

What types of pools is the filter bag suitable for?

The Desjoyaux filter bag is best suited for pools with a compatible filter system from this manufacturer. Before purchasing, always check the required dimensions and filter type according to your devices.

What is the main advantage of 6 micron filtration?

6 micron ultra-fine filtration allows for the capture of very fine impurities and dust particles, which helps keep the pool water clear and suits users who want a higher level of cleanliness.

Can I use this bag for multiple seasons?

When used and cleaned properly, the filter bag can be used for several seasons, but its effectiveness logically decreases with the intensity of use and frequency of cleaning. It is recommended to regularly check the condition of the material.

How do I properly maintain my filter bag?

After each cleaning, remove the bag, rinse thoroughly under water and allow to air dry. Avoid using harsh chemicals as they can damage the polyester fabric.

Does this bag clean the water sufficiently with increased pool load?

For occasional heavy loads or after rain, we recommend more frequent cleaning and monitoring of water quality with other measures, as mechanical cleaning alone does not solve all pool maintenance problems.
